GreenMarketplace.com, an on-line natural consumer products store based in Squirrel Hill, has bought EthicalShopper.com, a similar venture that was based in Los Angeles. The co-founder of EthicalShopper.com, Rachel Prishkolnik, will join GreenMarketplace.com as vice president of business development. Four employees at EthicalShopper.com were laid off in the consolidation. GreenMarketplace.com, which employs nine people, expects to have sales of $3 million next year.
